Why are we doing this?

Toy safety compliance is one of the most crucial parts of your toy. It is important for the well beeing of your small customers as well as to avoid costly law suits for your company.

Unfortunately we found serious issues regarding toy safety with products of new exhibitors during the last years.

Mostly this derives of not knowing about the proper steps and regulations.

Together with the Spielwarenmesse® the DVSI - German Toy Industry Association decided to support exhibitors in the StartupArea and check the conformity assessment procedure of their products - if they want.

Thus preventing hazardous toys entering the market and protecting the exhibitors from costly recalls and law suits. We are here to help you with toy safety compliance.
